Well A few days back Matrika's stationery sent me one of the best selling products which is their creative woman's journal. It is a journal for there creative women who uses the diary to write her dreams and escape to a different place.

Description of the journal : The inside pages have 8 adult colouring sheets made of delightful and detailed elements inspired by nature and more plain sheets this can be used for colouring, shading and doodling activities comma which are known to be therapeutic and stress relieving it is a soothing exercise with positive imagery from nature and an affirmation of one's good thoughts. It aims to elevate ones mood.

The journal also contains sticker pages with ideas for list that one may make, of their dreams and aspirations or just privately document their current mood.
It encourages one to be more aware of their thoughts and perhaps this journal will serve as a nostalgic memoir , when revisited after a few years.

This journal aims to make a women's everyday life full of a little more joy it is a reminder to stop and smell the roses in one's daily hectic life and indulge in one's daydream. How It helped me to be a better person is that now I have a perfectly beautiful thing to put all my thoughts to and write whatever I'm feeling without the fear of being judged. From childhood I have heard that I have a creative soul and that soul longs to express whatever I have in my mind. Those of you who know what colour therapy is, might as well have the idea that it is a complete stress buster and helps us relieving everydays negativity.

How I made the most of this product is that I poured my heart into it instead of locking away all the secrets. I am sure when I am old I will be looking back on my life and realising how happy it was when turning the pages of my old notebook, may be smiling to myself.

The theme i chose: to dream

A woman's mind is a sacred place and her thoughts are worshippers of a holy Temple. It is an absolute crime to let your thoughts go because you don't know if you will ever get them back or not ! My idea is to scribble down every creative thought I come across everyday and therefore they become more accessible. Do you want to write down the plot you're thinking of? Also as a blogger its nearly my everyday struggle to give my ideas proper shape..half of the time I keep forgetting things! I always had this habit of storing little scraps and pieces on my phone, but finally I have the right journal to express myself and modify my ideas properly. I can always be innovative and add some drama!
