Herb island products review

Hi everyone, how are you doing ? Hope you all are doing very well.. my today's post is about Herb Island products I received sometimes back in my mail.

About Herb Island : they are primarily an Australia based company selling organic and natural beauty products.

What I received from them : 1. Moroccan argan oil hair nourishing serum 100ml
2. French green clay skin illuminating and oil control face wash 100ml
3. Neem Crush anti acne face wash 100ml

Packaging and appearance of the products : the products come in small plastic bottles with golden caps and pretty labels in the front. Sometimes the caps might come across as flimsy but I assure you they are hardy enough to be a part of your travelling kit.
The bottles are travel friendly. The product inside each individual bottle is filled up to the brim. For the green clay face wash I thought that the container was actually green, but later I discovered that it was the colour of the face wash present inside the bottle!

1. French green clay skin illuminating and oil control face wash: specially formulated to illuminate your skin and give an even skin tone . The excellent absorbent properties of French green clay remove excess oil while giving your skin a detoxifying beauty treatment. Aloe vera seeds and moisturizers your skin.

Key ingredients : aloe vera leaf juice, French green mineral clay, vegetable glycerine, specially formulated for face wash gel Base.

Directions to use : message small amount on face to cleanse and moisturize. Rinse well. Pat dry.

texture and colour : a very pretty parrot green in colour and also thick in texture.

My experience : this face was smells heavenly. the only thing I didn't like about this product is that it dries up the face too much. I always have to apply a thick moisturizer to prevent the moisture from drying off my face. On the other hand It is very much affordable and a very good quality face wash can be obtained at a very low price. You don't have to break your bank to look beautiful! All my girls out there with oily and acne prone skin this is a miracle product for you!

2. Moroccan argan oil hair serum:
Especial nourishing hair serum infused with Moroccan argan oil. Deeply smoothens the hair with a non greasy feel and forms a protective layer on the hairs surface to keep it from Illusion and heat. Leaves hair healthy and Shiny.

Key ingredients : Moroccan argan oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, olive oil in specially formulated Base.

Directions to use: take a few drops only apply on towel dried or dry hair. Comb with your fingers to remove tangles gently.

Texture and colour: has no colour and is completely crystal clear the texture is very much silky and it leaves a smooth shine on the hair.

My experience: this hair serum is one of the most essential products in my hair care routine! this is such a good serum that I have even replaced my L'Oreal one with it. It smells heavenly. The only thing I didn't like about this product that it weighs down the hair if you do not wash it more often. My hair has to be completely dry in order to apply this serum otherwise it might get sticky. Otherwise this serum has done a good job in keeping my hair Shiny and manageable without any frizz but I did not see any noticeable change in the strength of my hair strands.

3. Neem Crush anti acne face wash:
Neem has been know as a best Anti Acne Ingredient in Ayurveda since a very long time. This Face Wash is infused with Organic Neem Leaves, Tulsi, Turmeric and Hibiscus to fight Acne and give you a clear skin.

Texture and colour : a green gel like appearance and texture with specs of neem leaves suspended.

My experience : my experience with this face was has been good, I was having very few nearly visible Acne spots on my face which disappeared when I use this  for about 1 months! I would recommend to use it in the morning just after waking up, as it provides with a refreshing feeling and the formula is quite gel like and forms lather easily. It is also easy to wash off.
It is also very affordable and best suited for oily acne prone skin.

Pros : 1. International brand and well known products. Reliable and easily available.
2. So much affordable and the packaging is decent.
3. Shows visible results with regular use.
4. Completely cruelty free, hundred percent veg, eco friendly.

Cons: 1. Some products may not work as well as others.
2. While travelling packaging might be an issue.
