coping up with negativity during a pandemic!

Hey lovelies!
Hope you are doing well.
I was wondering for sometime that... what did we do to deserve a pandemic in our Times??
It's definitely crazy out there I see.
Do you know how can we get over this tsunami of bad news from all over the world?

below are the step by step guide which I have been following to keep my everyday routine normal. Don't know how they will work for you but keeping my fingers crossed!



1. Exercise or do yoga everyday πŸ’—

Even 15 minutes of streching before going for a bath will help your body, and most importantly your mind. before work from home happened, I used to personally walk at least two kilometres everyday. Now since we are not getting much time none of those are happening. 
so it is important that you keep practicing yoga or do simple exercises like cycling, swimming (only for private pools) walking etc.

2. Catch up with your family.πŸ’ž
Even if they're miles away, I just can't stay at peace until I know my family is safe and sound. Keep an amount of time besides work just to talk to them.

3. Keep yourself busy with your creativityπŸ’—πŸ¦‹
Do whatever your hobby is all whatever makes you feel better. If like to click pictures then get ready and click pictures. If you like to sing there is no one stopping you.
Let the creative juices flow.

4. Try to keep yourself away from news channelπŸ‘πŸ‘
I know this sounds a bit crazy but so much is happening around us in the world and that too so fast, you might get overwhelmed and depressed.
So, this trick always seem to work for me.
I am saying do not keep yourself mis informed, just allow low amount of negativity as you see fit.

5. Keeping yourself saneπŸ₯Ί
This is the most important of them all. Keeping a calm mind during this situation can be very helpful. do not forget to stay clean which will help you to boost your mood as well.
everyday we are hearing numerous cases of depression plastered all over the internet. But let me tell you in order to get over this, you need to have a positive attitude towards life.

6. Maintain basic personal hygiene.😊

Keep yourself hygienic and clean. Wash your hands every couple of hours.
use personal protective equipment and do not forget your masks or hand sanitizers.
This is the only proven way to avoid and invisible army of viruses.

7. Play with your pet.
😻😻
For those who are not pet parents, we can play with their console.
Playing with your little floof toy can keep you happy and engaged.
my cat takes of almost more than half of my free time and that too, in a good way. πŸ’žπŸ’ž

8. Allow yourself only homemade food.πŸ–€πŸ€πŸ–€πŸ€

I know that junk food can be tempting sometimes but I would recommend you to go for homemade food which would definitely be contactless and therefore has less chances of spoiling your health. those who are not able to cook themselves, they can hire someone to cook for them. for me, I think it is definitely better to have someone cook food at home then to order repeatedly from Zomato or swiggy and thereby increasing the chances of contamination.
No more added preservatives, now that's a bonus for your body too!
